I have a small beach of my very own in my flat. It lives on my living room table and grows with each walk near the water. When I am forlorn or afraid I dig through the beach and find a rock or shell that will spend the day in the pocket of my cardigan. That day I fiddle with the treasure all day reminding myself of my beach and of my walks and how grateful I am. Today I wanted to show you a few bits of my beach some of which still smell of salt water.
